Delete your account

This page is about the app STACKIT, published by sixthsxnse. Deleting your account is a button inside the app and takes effect immediately. If you can no longer open the app, there is an email route below that does the same thing.

From inside the app

Open STACKIT and go to the You tab.
Scroll to the bottom, to the section headed Account.
Tap Delete account, read the warning, and confirm.

There is no waiting period and no cooling-off window. The account is gone when you confirm, and you are signed out.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to loverboii745@gmail.com from the email address the account uses, and say that you want it deleted. It is done by hand within 30 days, usually the same week. Nothing else is asked of you — there is no form and no phone call.

What deletion removes

Your account and the email address on it.
Your display name, avatar and any photo you uploaded.
Your loadout — games, modes, ranks, and the tags other players use to add you.
Your squads, your standing requests, and your friendships.
The device token used to send you notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to, with your name removed. A conversation does not vanish from someone else's phone, and a squad chat read by four other people is theirs as much as yours.

Records tied to a suspension or an abuse report are kept for two years. Without that, a ban would be undone by making a new account, and the report someone filed would count for nothing.

Crash reports carry no account details and age out on their own within 90 days. Payment records held by your device's app store are not STACKIT's to delete — the app never sees them.

Asking for a copy instead

If you want to see what is held about you, or have something corrected rather than removed, the same address handles it. That request is honoured wherever you live.
